DYING PROHIBITED ???

The Mayor of a town in Brazil has revoked a law he made a few months ago when he made it illegal to die. This was due to the the fact that the only cemetry in the town was full and, because of enviromental laws he could not get an area passed for a new cemetry.
He said at the time he would have to find a way to punish the families of anyone who died.
